Marjorie Marian Little, "Margie" 92, of Cushing, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020, in Oklahoma City. Margie was born September 30, 1927, in Rockford, Illinois to Charles W. and Hazel Ruth Ford Eggleston.

Margie and Bill Little met in Rockford, Illinois while he was serving in the United States Army. They were united in marriage on December 7, 1945 in Rockford, Illinois and shortly after he moved his new bride to Oklahoma where they lived, loved and raised their family for 70 years. Margie was primarily a housewife, however, she also worked for Brownlee’s Grocery and later volunteered at the Cushing Hospital Auxiliary.

Margie enjoyed going on cruises with her husband Bill, going to the lake with family and friends. She always enjoyed holidays and spending time with her family. There are many shared and individual memories of Margie’s love for shopping. She had an impressive shoe and handbag collection. She was a generous, loving, funny and kind person who always had a smile to give to others and will be missed every day by many. If love could have saved her, she would have lived forever!

Margie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles W. & Hazel Ruth Ford Eggleston; her husband, William H. Little; and son-in-law, Gene Adkisson.

She is survived by her four children, Gerald Little Sr. and wife Sandy, Deanna Adkisson, Alan Jeffrey Little and wife Cheryl, Linda Little and husband Mike; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial services for Margie are set for Monday, June 8 at 2:00 pm at Moore Funeral and Cremation. Margie's final place of rest is at the City of Moore Cemetery.
