Born March 15, 1972 in Cincinnati, Dr. Miller was the son of Marshall & Joy (Ferguson) Miller and was a loving son, father and husband. Dr. Miller was a lifelong resident of Lebanon, a member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church, the Ohio Carriage Club & Gypsy Vanner Society. Dr. Miller was a physiatrist with Wellington Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine. He was educated at Marshall University where he was a member of the Marshall University Soccer Team & was a resident at Ohio State University. Preceded in death by his grandparents Marshall & Lucille Miller & George & Fern Ferguson; Dr. Miller leaves behind his loving parents Marshall & Joy Miller, daughters Kaelynn & Ainsley Miller, wife Michelle (Nixon) Miller & brother Scott Miller all of Lebanon and brother Jeff (Amy) Miller of Ft. Mill, South Carolina; nieces & nephews Annalisa, Avamarie & Alyssarose Miller & Corwin, Eleanor, Cammi, Preston & Austin & many other family members & friends.
