William Adolph Brill 84 of Spotsylvania passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 in Richmond. He was born November 21, 1935 in Greene County and was the son of the late William Henry Brill and Dorothy Anne Runkle Beckner. He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, James “Jimmy” Brill and Michael Brill

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Tutwiler Brill of Madison, seven children, Debra Drumheller and husband Mark, Doris Lawson and husband Ronnie, Francis Shifflett and husband Junior all of Stanardsville, Robert Brill and wife Melissa of Culpeper, Heather Brill and significant other David Fincham of Orange, Laura Scott of Spotsylvania, Britney Lilly of Culpeper; sisters-in-law, James’s wife, Rose Anne Brill, of Waynesville, MO, Michael’s wife, Hattie Brill of Stanardsville, 18 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

A private interment will be held in Culpeper National Cemetery and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
