Bryan Keith Graham, age 55, died on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at UNC Hospitals.

Keith was born in Orange County, North Carolina on November 14, 1964 to the late George Graham and Jessie Lee Petty Graham.

Surviving relatives include many cousins.

Keith made Pittsboro a brighter community. A social butterfly, he enjoyed visiting and daily made the rounds of all the downtown businesses. He was an avid reader who enthusiastically enjoyed the Library’s annual book sale. A history buff, he could answer any question that he was asked. He loved anything Carolina and was a fan of Star Trek.

Keith maintained an impressive “card ministry”--his address book contained the names of hundreds of people along with their birthdays and anniversaries. His organization was meticulous: a greeting card would arrive a few days before each event. And Christmas was always marked with a card from Keith.

While Keith was a patient at UNC Hospitals, the nurses decorated his room with the cards that poured in to encourage him.

Keith’s generosity of spirit brightened the lives of the members of the community: our mailboxes will miss his cards. But his legacy of memories will fill our hearts.

A graveside service will be held Monday, June 1, 2020 at 11AM at Hanks Chapel United Church of Christ with Rev. Ray Gooch, Rev. Sara Beth Pannell and Rev. Evan Harrison presiding.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorial contributions to be made in Keith’s memory to Pittsboro Memorial Library, 197 NC Highway 87 N, Pittsboro, NC 27312
