Tony was born on June 4th, 1954 in Newport, Arkansas to Estes and Ruby Phillips the 5th of 11 children. He passed away on July 4th, 2016 at his home in Tacoma. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Petra, his daughter, son, grandchildren and great-grandchild. He served 16 years in the U.S, Army. He was a kind generous and hard-working family man with a passion for the Lord and served as a Deacon at Lakewood Baptist Church. A Celebration of his Life will be held on July 15th, 2016 11:30 am at Lakewood Conservative Baptist Church 8521 Steilacoom Blvd. SW Lakewood, WA 98498.
