Joey was preceded in death by his grandparents; Charles Martin and Clide Maxine Chenoweth Owens Martin, Argie L. Alton and Alice F. Driver Alton and Beecher Charles Owens Sr. of Catoosa, Oklahoma.
Joey is survived by his parents, daughter Sara Owens of Centerton, Arkansas , son Joseph Owens of Centerton.
