Patricia was born in Sidney, the daughter of James and Otilie (Dubovsly) Houghtaling.
Patricia worked in retail and most recently in receiving at Walmart, Oneonta.
Patricia was the beloved mother of
Michelle (Jeff) Nestler and John (Mindy) Doolittle Jr.;
sister, Kathleen (Roy) Claus;
friend and father of her children, John Doolittle Sr.;
loving grandmother to Taylor (Ethan Rudat) Caracciolo, Trevor Hoffmon, Lindsay, Reighly and Ivan (soon to arrive) Doolittle;
along with great-grandmother to Gracelynn Marie Rudat.
Nieces, Kelly Claus, Pamela (Jason) Cacciatore, Carrie Hess,
nephew Michael (Vivian) Claus;
and great-nieces, Makayla and Amelia Cacciatore and Nicole Dye.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Patricia's name to Animal Protective Foundation in Glenville, where her roommate and friend, Tiger, was rescued.
