Pauline Ina Davis, 88, of Charlottesville, Virginia, passed away peacefully at 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27th, 2020 at Albemarle Health & Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.

She was born on April 8th, 1932 in Louisa, Virginia, to Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Ethel Hyer of Trevillians, Virginia. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Berleigh Preston Davis, and is survived by her sons, Michael P. Davis and Richard A. Davis, along with her daughter-in-Law, Leanna J. Davis.

Pauline was a high school graduate and co-owner of Davis Insurance Company and Real Estate in Hallandale, Florida, for over thirty years. She retired back to her beloved Virginia in 1983 where she enjoyed family and gardening. She never knew a stranger and was loved by many.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at 1413 Graystone Ct., in the Mill Creek subdivision off of Avon St. Extension, on Sunday, June 7th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. All family and friends are welcome.
