Michael Wayne Butler, 55, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022. He was born the second child of Edwin J. and Norma Jean Butler on September 16, 1966 in Oklahoma City.
Michael graduated from John Marshall High School, Class of 1984. He received many achievement awards for his art. He was employed at MTM Recognition where he met and married the love of his life Teresa K. Robertson on March 22, 1997.

Michael loved creating art, sailing, fishing, collecting model cars and planes. He enjoyed going to concerts with his many friends, and was interested in playing the guitar. He had a great sense of humor, and was ready to tease his friends with the next joke! He loved watching the birds, squirrels and bunnies in his backyard, pointing them out to his "fur baby" Gundie for her to chase.

He was preceded in death by both parents and his precious wife Teresa, with whom he has reunited, and more than likely are fishing together once again.

He is survived by his sister Nancy Butler of OKC, his Gundie of the home, his uncle Darrell Hadley and wife Jane of OKC, 2 nephews, many cousins, and many friends.

A visitation for Michael will be held Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Baggerley Funeral Home, 930 South Broadway, Edmond, OK 73034. Funeral services will occur Friday, July 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Baggerley Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, Edmond, OK.
