Patsy Darlene Russell Watson, Age 66. Of Benton passed away Wednesday morning, May 27, 2020 at her residence. A native of Athens and longtime resident of Polk County, she was a daughter of the late Ray and Ruth Dean Moore Russell and was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Gregory; two grandchildren, Peyton King and Shawn Madison Watson and two brother-in-laws, Lonnie Hughes and Doug Whitener. She was a member of Madisonville Church of God of Prophecy. Survivors include her husband, William “Jr” Watson of Benton. Three sons and daughters-in-law,
Chris and Ginger Watson of Cleveland, Jason and Brandi Watson of Cleveland, Joseph “Joey” and Pam Watson of Reliance. Several grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Five sisters and two brothers-in-law, Glenda Whitener of Etowah, Cathy and Tim Murray of Ten Mile, Zelma and Eddie Hughes of Athens, Connie Hughes Athens, Becky Russell of Englewood, Five brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack and Laverne Russell of Englewood, Johnny and Jessie Russell of Delano, Jim and Judy Russell of Englewood, Tim and Deanna Russell of Kingston, Richard and Cheryl Russell of Athens. Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday at Madisonville Church of God of Prophecy, 601 Warren St. Madisonville, TN. 37354 with the Rev. Wayne Lee and Rev. Lee Truelove officiating. Burial will follow in the Madisonville Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Harris, Andy Hughes, Jonathan Russell, Daniel Russell, Trey Russell, and Allen Duff.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Friday at the church.
