Doug proudly served in the US Army during Vietnam and later worked as a Police Officer for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
Surviving is his loving wife Carmella (Tomasello). Sons Christopher & Mark Howard and Joseph Lembo. Daughters Tracy Howard and Nicole Holt. Brothers, Ted Smith, Perry, Charles & Wallace Chambers. Sister Mary Lloyd and Grandchildren Randel & Cameron Holt and Joseph & Lauren Lembo.
