Mrs. Sharon Elaine Willis was born and raised in Rankin County, Mississippi to the late Christine Lott and George Lee Stapleton. She moved to Pascagoula, Mississippi and was employed with Ingalls for over 25 years. She enjoyed cooking, reading, solving puzzles and spending time with family and friends.
She accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member at Christian United Holy Temple in Moss Point, Mississippi. She entered into eternal rest on May 21, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, George Lee Stapleton and Christine Hooker.
She leaves to cherish her memories to her five loving and devoted sons, Kenneth Willis, Dennis (Jasmine) Willis, Jamie (Nicole) Willis, Johnvonte (Denise) Willis and Aaron Willis; one loving and devoted daughter, LaShonda Willis; fourteen grandchildren, Travis, Sysco, Warren, Tavoris, Precious, LaToya, Brandon, Dennis, Jr., Destiny, Anna, Jamal, Barack, Carter and Cameron; thirteen great-grandchildren; four loving sisters, Melvina Holloway and Lillie Mosely both of Gautier, MS, Patricia Autmon of Ocean Springs, MS and Janice Lott of Pascagoula, MS; two brothers, Charles Hooker of Atlanta, GAand Anthony Posseum of Pascagoula, MS; one sister-in-law, Sandra Hooker of Atlanta, GA; one brother-in-law, Rikki Autmon of Ocean Springs, MS; four nieces, Brenda, Katrice, Shaquita and Ashely; seven nephews, Patrick, Jerrod, Carlos, Jabyrant, Roderick, Derrick and Serodrick and host of great nieces and nephews, loving and devoted cousins, other family members and friends.
