Windsor Twp. - Sandra L. Lee (age 69) of Windsor earned her eternal rest on Saturday May 23, 2020 peacefully at home, surrounded by her family after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born October 9, 1950 in Warren, Ohio to Stanley and Helen (Racut) Shuminski. She was a lifelong resident of Windsor, and graduated from Grand Valley High School in 1969. Sandra worked at several area industries and businesses; including Kennametal, Johnson Rubber, Nescor Plastics, and Ames Department Store. She most recently worked at Uncle Bob's Store in Colebrook, where she enjoyed her relationships with the customers and staff who became friends. Her hobbies were collecting things she loved, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed the company of her grandchildren, whom she dearly loved. She is survived by her three children; Dawn (Paul) Shreve of Colebrook, Stanley (Karla Drenski) Sirrine of Windsor, Nicholas "Little Nicky" (Morgan) Lee of Bristolville, and her beloved dog Milo. She also leaves behind cherished memories with her sister Susan (Robert) Cofer of Windsor and her six grandchildren; Zach (Stefanie Pop) Sirrine of Windsor, Kayla (Michael) Patacca of Colorado, Stanley Sirrine of Madison, Joshua (Maddy Gantous) Shreve of Colebrook, Daniyel Shreve of Colebrook, and Mason Shreve of Colebrook, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition, Becca, Rachel, and Megan Scribben who she considered her "extra" grandchildren also held a special place in her heart. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles V. Lee whom she married July 24, 1985, her brother Stanley J. Shuminski, and her parents. Per Sandra's request no formal calling hours or funeral service will be held. Pastor Steve Arsulic will be conducting a graveside memorial service at Windsor Twp.
