Mr. Park was born Sept. 11, 1961 in Peoria, a son of Gary and Diane Koch Park. He married Cheryle Otten Feb. 7, 1981 in Mason City. She survives.
Also surviving are his parents; a son, Gerrit, at home; a brother, Bob, San Jose; his grandmothers, Irene Koch, Pekin and Beula Park, Morton and a great-grandmother, Thelma Park, Pekin.
