Mrs. Patricia Ann Jenkins Yarbrough, 81, of Thomasville, AL passed from this life Sunday, May 24, 2020 at Springhill Memorial Hospital in Mobile, AL. She was born in Sallis, MS on Thursday, December 8, 1938 to Troy Jenkins and Bernice Jenkins. She was a member of Southern Methodist Church of Waynesboro. She worked as a Receptionist/Clerk at Laurel Leader Call for 16 years and Waynesboro Junior High School for 6 years. She served as Beat Four Election Commissioner, President of the Wayne County Republican Women, PTO President, and various church leadership roles including GA Director, Missionary Leader and Youth Church teacher. Mrs. Yarbrough is preceded in death by her husband, James W. Yarbrough; father, Troy Jenkins; mother, Bernice Jenkins; step-son, James Ray Yarbrough. She is survived by 2 daughters, Beth McMichael (James), Waynesboro, MS, Kim Ramsey (John Richard), Thomasville, AL; Daughter-In-Law, Linda Yarbrough, Hamburg, AR,; 8 grandchildren, Jason McMichael, Brent McMichael, Devin McMichael, Kaitlan Ramsey Papis, John Robert Ramsey, Lauren Ramsey Chapman, Ray Yarbrough, Clyne Yarbrough; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Glenda Jenkins Pryor (J. M.); one niece; one nephew. Graveside Services for Mrs. Yarbrough will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Zion Rest Cemetery, Eucutta, MS in with Rev. Tommy Davis officiating. Interment will be in Zion Rest Cemetery.
