Todd Duane Bunch was born on Saturday, January 6th, 1973, in Tahlequah, OK, the son of Lee and Yvonne (Handle) Bunch Jr. He grew up in the household with his sister, Melissa. He attended and graduated from 8th grade from Tenkiller School , then attended Cave Springs School, where he played football, softball, baseball, and basketball, and did all of them well. Then he decided on a career in Construction. First it was apartment building and soon he had his own business building everything from pole barns to houses. When he wasn’t working, which was all of the time, you could find Todd outdoor, fishing, hunting deer, squirrel, and game birds, and fishing at his favorite spot. He raised fighting cocks, and also produced a wonderful vegetable garden. When winter came, the neighbors of Dry Creek knew he would be around to make sure all of them had plenty of fire wood to keep the chill out of the house. He was always looking out for the neighbors and those that needed a helping hand. Todd was a quiet man, unless he had something to say. He knew how to get things done and to bring out the best in people. He had a sense of humor and liked to joke around, especially with his family and friends. Todd always had some music playing in the background, and it was probably old country hits or a little rock and roll. The evenings found him cheering on his favorite baseball the team, the New York Yankees, and his favorite football team, OU Sooners. His sons Caden and Coda were his pride and joy. The view from his porch was enough for this simple man, and he enjoyed his life just the way he found it. A Baptist by faith, Todd accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior on May 12th, 2020. The Lord called this servant home on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020 in Oklahoma City. He was 47 years old and will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lee and Letha (Quinton) Bunch and his maternal grandparents, Dick and Georgia (Christie) Handle. He also joins his mother and father, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Those left to cherish his memory include his companion, Shawnna Robbins of Dry Creek, and his sister, Melissa Bunch-Smith also of Dry Creek. He leaves his aunts and uncles, Eugenia Hill of Dry Creek, Hubert Bunch and wife Lorene of Bunch, Joanna Wofford of Bunch, Kathy Gonzales of Bunch, and Paul Holloway of Keys, OK. He lives on in his sons, Caden Todd Bunch and Coda Lee Bunch both of Tahlequah, OK, as well as his niece Kendall Smith Bridges and husband Justin of Dry Creek, OK and nephew, Trent Smith of Dry Creek, OK, and his four great nephews, Keeghan Carson, Rowdy Bridges, Ryker Bridges and Jeff Smith all of Dry Creek, many cousins and a host of friends and loved ones too numerous to mention.
