She was born May 28, 1963 in Little Rock to James Robert Carlisle and Elizabeth Ann Hutchens Carlisle.
She was a graduate of Little Rock McClellan High School.
She was a member of Fresh Start Church in Vilonia.
She was preceded in death by her daughters, Cassie Renee Williams and Leslie Ann Williams; father, James Robert Carlisle; sister, Kelly Marie Speer; grandmother, Ernestine Garrison Carlisle; grandfather, R. O. Hutchens.
Survivors are her husband, Hugh Scott Williams; son, Wesley Hugh Williams; daughter, Jessie Marie Williams; mother and stepfather, Elizabeth Ann and Bill Patrick; grandmother, Lessie Hutchens all of Vilonia; cousins, Gary Ray Howard of Bryant and Robert Carlisle of Dallas, TX.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Fresh Start Church in Vilonia with Pastor Wayne Kocourek officiating. Burial will be in Pee Dee Cemetery in Clinton.
Pallbearers will be Gary Ray Howard, Dan Huie, Brent Williams, Dusty Hankins, Judson Haley, Brad Burgess.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Fresh Start Church, 41 Hickory Ridge Rd., Vilonia, AR 72173.
