Staff Sgt. Norris died from of injuries suffered from a non-combat related incident. He was assigned to the 401st Military Police Company, 720th Military Police Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade, Fort Hood, Texas. He was the son of Paul Norris and Jo Ann Wheeler. Paul was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Dorothy Brannan, and Bill Norris; and sisters, Lisa Norris Campbell and Janine Dunn. Survivors include his wife, Eva Norris; daughter, Isabella Norris; his parents; brother, Mark A. Collier Jr.; and grandmother, Mary Tucker.
