Grace Louise was born the daughter of George Stuard and Arvada Rodgers Stuard on April 13, 1944. Louise and her sister, Faye, were born in their grandmother's house in Scott County, Kentucky, Indian Creek Road, near Georgetown, Kentucky. She died on May 17, 2020, at her home in Alex. Louise graduated from Scott County High School in 1962. She received her bachelor's degree from Georgetown College and later received her master's degree from Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky. Louise taught business in Kenton County at Scott High School for twenty seven years. In 2012, Louise and her husband moved to Alex, Oklahoma, to be near her sister. Louise was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church in Scott County and attended the Alex United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Arvada Stuard and her husband, Gerald Wayne Bell. Survivors include her sister, Faye Hess of Alex and a number of relatives and friends. Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alex United Methodist Women, P. O. Box 8, Alex, OK 73002. Graveside service for Louise Bell, age 76 of Alex, Oklahoma, will be held at the Alex Cemetery on Wednesday, May 20, 2010, at 1:00 p.m.. Rev. Ashley Green Young will officiate.
