In Evergreen Cemetery
Thursday afternoon last the body of Mrs. Maggie Connell Todd was buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Perry. She was the wife of Mr. John A. Todd, both formerly of Houston County, and she died at their home in Acres, in Dougherty County, Wednesday, January 20th.
She was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Connell of near Perry, and was born November 10, 1878. Several years ago she became a member of the Methodist Church of Perry.
Besides the husband and four young children, her parents and several brothers and sisters survive her.
The bereaved husband is the elder son of Mr. Andrew J. Todd, a highly esteemed farmer whose home is about four miles north of Perry.
