ABINGDON - Jeanette A. Cameron, 57, of 603 N. Austin St., formerly of Bushnell, died at 10:25 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29, 2001, in the OSF St. Mary Medical Center emergency room.

Born Oct. 2, 1943, in Hamburg, Iowa, to Francis and Irene Harold, she married Roger F. Cameron on June 16, 1962. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, Roger (and Lori) of Galesburg; two daughters, Diana (and Ronald) Shinn of Abingdon and Charlene Luker of Hawaii; nine grandchildren; and two brothers, Francis Harold and John Harold, both of California.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

She worked for Gross Galesburg and Carhartt Inc. Muleskin Division for 30 years.

She was a member of the Union of Needletrades, Industrial and Textile Employees Local 465C.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hinchliff-PearsonWest Abingdon Chapel. The Rev. Todd Henderson will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the chapel. Burial will be in Abingdon Cemetery.
