She is predeceased by a nephew. She is survived by her spouse Matthew J. Baker; parents, James C. and Georgia A. Hippen; siblings; Lyle (Marcia), Eric (Ginette), Heather (Nathan) Merrill, Holly (Rob) Monson, Hillory, Seth (Karalenn) and Hanna (Eran) Bair; son, Scott O. (Emily) Miller; daughter, Sarah T. Baker; eleven nieces; eight nephews; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Heidi, Owen and William; extended family and friends.
Heidi had been a resident of Palmyra for the past eleven years. She graduated with her major in English and went on to obtain her master's degree in education from Northern Arizona University.
Her burial will follow in Palmyra Cemetery.
