He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Shirley Lands, Wilmore, nine sons, Jerry Roland, and Charles Goforth, Lexington, Billy Goforth, Englewood, Calif., Roy Lee, David, Freddie, donnie and Ronnie Goforth, all of Wilmore, five brothers, Buddy Goforth, Dayton Ohio, George, Henry and Earl Goforth, Middleton, Ohio and Kenneth Goforth, Wilmore and two sisters, Mrs. Cleta Hardin, Cetralia, ILL., and Mrs. Helen Carl, Ft. Wayne, Ind. Funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Guyn, Kurtz, and Hager Funeral Home by Gordon Gaither. Pallbearers will be Pete LeMay, Buddy, George, Henry, Earl, and Kenneth Goforth.
