Mrs. Barbara Jean Howard Huggins, 87, of Griffin, died Saturday, May 9, 2020. A graveside funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at Griffin Memorial Gardens. For those attending the graveside service, remember social distancing and there will be a loud speaker for you to listen. Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, 1891 W. McIntosh Road, Griffin, is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Barbara Jean Howard Huggins, age 87, of Griffin, Georgia passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020.

Mrs. Huggins was born in Chickamauga, Georgia on June 30, 1932. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Henry (John) Howard and Diora Sue Reynolds Howard, her husband, Jason Driscal (Bud) Huggins; brother, James Ronald Howard. Mrs. Huggins was a member of Plainview Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Joy and Ronnie Goins; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Judy Huggins; grandchildren, Jennifer Hudson and husband, Kenneth, Jason Blackwell and Anna, Angie Burks-Bailey and Lee, Amy Faron and husband Chris, Jennifer Bunn and husband, Jason, Brandon Goins; 11 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Patsy and Winfred Vaughn; sister-in-law, Pat Howard; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service for Mrs. Barbara Huggins will be on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Griffin Memorial Gardens. Pastor Buster Dockins will officiate. The family will be at the cemetery at 1:30 to receive friends. Due to the Covid19 Virus and current restrictions in place by the State of Georgia and Spalding County. For those attending the graveside service there will be a loud speaker for you to listen.
