With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Antoinette Bernard aged 85 years, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Sunday, March 18, 2018 of Le Chez-Nous, Wellington. Born in St.Gilbert on January 27, 1933 daughter of the late William and Exeline (née Arsenault) Maddix.

Beloved wife of the late Henry Joseph Bernard.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, brothers James and Léo, sister Clara, brothers-in-law Wilf Bruhm and Peter Arsenault and sister-in-law Mae Maddix.

Resting at the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville until Friday March 23, then to St. Philippe and St. Jacques Church, Egmont Bay where funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in the Church cemetery at a later date.
