She was born December 23, 1959 in Doerun, Georgia the daughter of the late James Hightower, Sr. and the late Lois Taylor. She was a member of Okapilco Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, James Lee Hightower, Jr., and Jim Hightower.
Ms. Holt leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Tabitha Brown (Rafeal) of Moultrie, Georgia; two sons, Darrell Freeman (Tamika) of Columbus, Georgia, Lawhe Wingfield (Priscilla) of Moultrie, Georgia; two brothers, Tommy Hightower (Sharon) of Live Oak, Florida, Paul Hightower; three sisters, Evelyn H. Bivens (Willie, Sr.) both of Moultrie, Georgia, Mary L. Wooden (Charlie, Sr.) of Sylvester, Georgia and Rosetta H. Drew (Earnest) of Moultrie, Georgia; twelve grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
