Norma Marie (Owens) Campbell, 83, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at her daughter's residence surrounded by her family. She was born on September 30, 1936 in Salem, Indiana, the daughter of the late Harry Leo Owens and Chloa Marie (Lockhart) Owens. Norma was a retired medical assistant and hall technician for Orthopedic Surgeons in Jeffersonville, Indiana, a former employee of Scott Memorial Hospital from 1974 to 1991 and a dispatcher for the Scottsburg Police Department. She was a member of the American Martyrs Catholic Church, a past member of the Rainbow Strollers Square Dance Club and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Norma was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Dylan Redifer and Derek A. Copus; three brothers, Ronald, Gary and Harry Owens, Jr.; a sister, Reida Stewart and the father of her children, Tony W. Campbell. Survivors include five daughters, Debbie Otte of Austin, Indiana, Robin Boswell of Scottsburg, Indiana, Lori E. Campbell of Sturgess, Michigan, Vicki Jo Herald (Doug) and Patti I. Combs (Larry) all of Austin, Indiana; a brother, Marvin E. Owens of Tennessee; thirteen grandchildren, Jeremiah C. Boswell (Ashley), Joshua D. Boswell (Katie), Jarred A. Boswell (Sarah), Corey Boswell (Dana), John E. Back (Melissa), Cody J. Back (Stacie), Samuel T. Campbell (Heather), Brandon J. Herald, Tony R. Amick (Brittany), Christy Moore (Kyle), Kyle Combs. including two that she raised, Jennifer R. Shouse-Vance (Rob) and Ryan D. Shouse; twenty five great grandchildren, Tyler, Caiden, Kallen, Makenna, Brinley, Myles, Allie and Doc Boswell, Kaylie Spicer, Travis, Savannah, Wyatt, Arianna and McKinlee Back, Taylor and Brooke Tucker, Jerzi Smith, Pyper and Max Campbell, William Marshall Vance, Gage Phillip and Jace Alec Shouse and Kaylee Sullivan, Kieran and Sophie Combs.and three great great grandchildren, Addie Boswell, Ezrial Byars, Lenox Back.
