Brandi is survived by her husband, James Evans; two sons, Caleb Cook and Collin Evans; one daughter, Chelsea Evans;
Her father, Rex Smith and wife, Charlina Kay of Boswell, OK; her mother, Stephanie Lee Smith of Mabank, TX;
Brothers, Rex David Smith, Jr., Dustin Cook and Kaleb Trammell; sisters, Crystal Kay Smith, Shana Marie Miller, Mindy Cook, Lauren Gregory, Kale Hobson and Brittney McCullock; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews along with a host of other family and friends.
