David Raines, 66 of Paris, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at a Columbia Hospital.

He was born on December 7, 1952 in Hannibal, MO, the son of V. Elwood (Pat) and Nadine Adams Raines. David graduated from Paris R-II High School in 1971.

After high school, he attended the University of Missouri at Columbia. He was employed by A.B. Chance for several years.

David is survived by three daughters, Sarah Raines, Ellen Raines and Kimberly Brady; four grandchildren; one sister, Gail (Larry) Barnes and three brothers, Sonny (Emma Jo) Raines, Gary (Betty Ruth) Raines.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Agnew Funeral Home with Reverend Wesley Hammond officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

David was a member of the First Christian Church of Paris and memorials can be made to the church.
