She married Lemuel F. Hammond, in Spencer, IN, Feb. 14, 1855. Three children were born; Alice, Charles & Emma. Charles is the only survivor.
In 1865 she was married a second time to William Welman in Bible Grove, IL. Two sons were born: Archie and James Edgar. Archie died in infancy. In 1881 she was married in Bible Grove to Joseph Coulter. This husband died in August, 1902 in Sailor Springs, IL.
She leaves to mourn her departure: four sons, six daughters, including step-children. Two sisters Mrs. Mary Fry & Mrs. Etta Cook; two brothers Archie Burk and Charles Burk.
Burial was in Bible Grove Cemetery.
