He was a retired truck driver for Hutting Building Supply. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Jonathan William Pryor and a sister, Sue Huckabee.
He is survived by his wife, Stella Singleton Pryor; three sons, James Wendell Pryor (Tracey), Jason Wesley Pryor (Suzanne) and Jeffery Wayne Pryor; two daughters, Jennifer Lynn Pryor (Darren) and Joanie Lynn Pryor (Michael); one brother, Willie D. Pryor Jr.; two sisters, Mary Frances Alley and Ann Smith; 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren
Wesley Pryor, Jeffery Pryor, William Pryor, James Pryor, Joseph Pryor, Jeffery Dwayne Jones, Steve McCormick and Michael McCormick will serve as pallbearers.
