Eddie was the fifth of six children and grew up on the farm in Applewood until the family moved to Brighton in 1944. Eddie graduated from Brighton High School in 1950 and married Don on November 10, 1950, in Raton, NM. Eddie and Don bowled for over fifty years and played cards every Friday evening with friends for many years. Eddie said she and Don knew every junkyard in Colorado, as they spent many hours on backroads of the state searching out hard to find parts for old John Deere tractors. Preceded by daughter-in-law Rhonda Farnsworth–Gaspar. Survivors included children: Sherrie, Rob (Barb) of Pine Bluffs, WY, and Gail (Jeff) Darnell of Keenesburg, and 2 grandchildren, Dustin (Natacha) Pine Bluffs, WY and Donessa of Commerce City; and great grandson Jett Gaspar of Pine Bluffs, WY.
