Passed away with family at his side at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Marjorie. Dear father of Darryl of Sault Ste. Marie, Bonnie of Wikwemikong, Michael (Carrie) of Richmond B.C. and Bryan of Sault Ste. Marie. Grandfather of Jasmine, Cheristy, Amanda, Michael, Kyle, Claire, Trystan and Matthew. Son of the late Peter and Hannah Akiwenzie. Brother of the late Joseph, Ernest and Michael. Son-in-law of the late Abe and Ida Lesage. Brother-in-law of Harley (Elaine), Edward, Geraldine and the late Donald, Kenneth, Dennis, Leslie, Earl and Melva. Remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, April 16, 2012 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 11 am. Rev.
