Sue Ann Parks, age 83 of Miamisburg, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Sycamore Glen Health Center. She was born March 14, 1937 in West Carrollton, Ohio to the late George and Wilma Bowden.

She is also preceded in death by her siblings, Billy Bowden, Wilma Salzgaber, Doris Kilway, Norma Roberts, Richard Bowden and Barbara Sheridan.

Sue is survived by her husband of 58 years, Earl Parks; daughter, Jill Marie (Don) Wussler; son, Stephen John Parks; brother, George Bowden; granddaughters, Natalie and Katie Wussler, and Rachel Parks and daughter-in-law Teri. Sue is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many other family members and close friends.

She was very devoted to her faith and family. Sue loved to study genealogy and reminisce over the family photos. Her most memorable trips were to Gatlinburg, Tennessee to view the Great Smokey Mountains. She also enjoyed watching old movies and traveling.

Family will receive friends Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, where a funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. Following Governor Mike Dewine's stay at home order please use caution when making your decision to attend.
