Native of Greenville County; son of the late Robert and Bessie Landeth Justice; employee of Beaumont Mills; member of Seventh Day Adventist Church; member of Knights of Pythias.
Also surviving; sons Leroy Justice of Boiling Springs, Kenneth Justice of Cliffside, N.C., Barry Justice of Warner Robbins, Ga., and Buddy Justice of the U.S. Air Force, La.; stepdaughters, Mrs. Louise Melton and Mrs. Betty Jo Cox of California and Mrs. Carolyn Ripper of Illinois; sister, Mrs. Bonnie Gault of Spartanburg ; brothers, George, Garland, Luther, Hugh and Allen Justice of Spartanburg; 11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
