WADE, Rebecca Jo (nee: Geddes) age 58 of Middletown, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 16, 2020 at her home. Rebecca was born August 16, 1961 in Washington Court House, Ohio, the daughter of Charles Richard and Delores June (nee: Adams) Geddes. Rebecca loved her work as a nurse, and was employed by Centerville Health and Rehabilitation.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gregory Thomas Wade, and daughter Amber Dawn Geddes, Rebecca leaves behind her son Brian Wesley Wade; daughter Jordan Dawn (Kevin) Bunting; brother Rick Geddes; grandchildren Aubrey Elizabeth Wade and James Thomas Wade; as well as many other family members and friends.

A live stream of services will be available on our website Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 12 Noon. Interment will follow in Lebanon Cemetery, with Bishop Sam Calloway officiating.
