Dwight was born March 5, 1947 in Paragould, Arkansas. Resided in St. Louis, Missouri. Entered into rest May 18, 2020.

Preceded in death by his parents Richard and Edith Johnson and brother Richard Jr.
Survived by his loving wife of 47 years L., children T. (M.), K. (E.), T. (S.), S.. Grandchildren.

He enjoyed the outdoors. He spent a lot of his free time out at the lake fishing or hunting. When he wasn’t fishing or hunting, he was watching or listening to sports, especially his beloved St. Louis Cardinals.
Was a US Army veteran and was very proud of that.
He always tried to get a laugh from people by telling corny jokes.

Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, May 22nd from 1:00 – 2:30 PM at HUTCHENS MORTUARY AND CREMATION CENTER, 675 Graham Rd., Florissant, MO followed by a service at 2:30 PM.

Mr. Johnson will be laid to rest at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at a later date privately.
