Nancy Jane Berry, age 85, of Maylene, AL passed away on May 17, 2020. She was born on August 15, 1934 to James and Dorothy Therieau in Natick, MA. Nancy was a graduate of Natick High School in 1952. Nancy was a devout Catholic, and attended St. Thomas Catholic Church. She was an avid baseball fan and never missed a chance to cheer on The Atlanta Braves. Nancy had a huge heart and cherished every moment she had with her family. She had a passion for music and was even an excellent pianist. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents James and Dorothy Therieau, loving husband of 39 years Joseph Berry; daughter Marcia Berry. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Linda, Joseph (Debbie), Jean (Robert), Stephen, Kathy (Stefano); grandchildren, Frank, Brandi, Joey, Jacob, and Stefano; great-grandchildren, Zoey, Olivia, and Oliver; brother Ronald (Diane). Visitation will be Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with a Rosary beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, May 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 80 St. Thomas Way Montevallo, AL 35115. Burial will follow at Southern Heritage Cemetery.
