Wendy Ione Thompson, 69, was an adored wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Her greatest love was her family. A life long member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, she had a tremendous faith and testimony. As an amateur gospel scholar, she knew there was so much more beyond this earthly life and is now rejoicing with her loved ones on the other side of the veil.

Wendy will be remembered for her strength, wit, musicality, and fierce devotion to her husband, daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. Her spark lives on in them and will continue to be spread through their lives. "The only way to get through life is to laugh your way through it. You either have to laugh or cry. I prefer to laugh. Crying gives me a headache." - Marjorie Pay Hinckley
