Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Kistler Hardee Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery in Darlington. The family will receive friends from 3 until 4 PM on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Kistler Hardee Funeral Home.
Victoria was born in Darlington, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Cole L. Cowick and Martha Agnes Mills Cowick. Victoria loved her animals and spending time with family.
Surviving are her children, Dorothy Oliphant (Lacy) of Florence; and Terry Perkins (Nancy) of Darlington; 16 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild; her brother, Wayne Cowick of Hartsville; her sister, Janet Cowick of Society Hill; and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
