*My family & I purchased the home & some of the property 1/06. In the process of renovating & repairing the house we found a 'time capsule' in one of the walls in bad condition though from rodents. One item was a magazine mailed to Ida Spears dated 1936, & another was the ATL Journal advertising a 1935 Studebaker for $600.
