Gerald, (Jerry) M. Greene, of Meriden, KS, went eagerly to meet his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 18, 2020 at the Midland Hospice House in Topeka with his family at his side.
Jerry was born October 20, 1956 at Salina, KS., the son of Richard A. and Margaret Mary Wolfe Greene of Solonon, KS., He attended school at Solomon and was a graduate of Solonom High School, Class of 1974.
Jerry married August 26, 1995 at Oskaloosa, KS. She survives of the home. Two sons were born to this union. Jerry’s family was the sole purpose of his life. Jerry’s parents preceded him in death. Richard in 1975 and Margaret in 2002. Jerry had seven sibling; He was the youngest of the eight. Jerry had 16 nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. He loved them all.
Cremation is planned with Mass of Christian Burial at a later date due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Interment will be at a later date in the Pleasant View Cemetery in Oskaloosa.
