Daniel Robert Campbell, 89 of Mt. Auburn passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. at Taylorville Care Center in Taylorville, IL. He was born on March 24, 1931 in Albany, KY the son of Lowell and Maggie Hansom (Bilbrey) Campbell. He married Twila Elder on February 1, 1951 in Mt. Auburn, IL. Daniel retired as a Foreman at Grigoleit in Decatur, IL. He was a member of Berea Christian Church in Niantic, IL.
He is survived by his Wife: Twila Campbell of Mt. Auburn, IL; Sons: Dennis (Tammy) Campbell of Illiopolis, IL; Randy (Wendi) Campbell of Taylorville, IL; Daughters: Sharon (Larry) Werve of Mt. Auburn, IL; Peggy (Mark) Coffey of Taylorville, IL; Grandchildren: Rana Werve, Kyle Werve, Brandi Clayton, Kara McCullough, Rian Campbell, Erin Horne, Hillary Danenberger, Joshua Campbell; Sixteen Great-Grandchildren; Sister: Beulah Bilbrey of Illiopolis, IL; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
Due to the COVID-19 Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Mt. Auburn, IL with Pastor James Jones officiating.
