Willard enjoyed being with people, talking, spending time together, and especially telling jokes to make you laugh. He would refer to myself as Santa do to his white hair and white beard. Willard loved to make others laugh, as he went for his walks he would stop other walker just to tell them a quick joke, so he could see them smile.
Willard was an avid collector of all things. He will be missed by his friends and his loving cat, "Mick Jagger."
Private services and burial will be in Peck Cemetery. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, Oswego
