She married the love of her life, Holland Ray Owen, in 1953. They were blessed with two children and 54 years of marriage before he passed in 2007. She was a supervisor at Horchow Co. and manufactured belts and silver at Fisher's in Dallas, Texas. After retirement, she ran a custom wood shop with her husband, enjoyed painting, and spent summers with her grandchildren. She was a sparkling red-headed lady who enjoyed life and loved her family so very much. She will be remembered as a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She had a laughter that was truly contagious and kind.
Rosella is preceded in death by her husband, a son Lennie (together again!), her parents, two brothers and four sisters.
She is survived by daughter Geneva and husband Jackie Molder of Yukon; grandchildren Kristen Owen of Plano, Texas, Audra and husband Cory Stegman, Laura and husband Nicholas Short, and Jeramie Molder; four great grandchildren, Koby, Ella, Lilah, and Norah, all of Yukon; plus many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service is at 2 p.m. at Ingram, Smith and Turner Mortuary Chapel in Yukon, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Oklahoma City.
