MICHELLE DIONNE CHAPMAN CROSS – passed away at age 50 on July 17, 2019 after a brave battle with cancer. She was born on June 13th, 1969 in Gastonia, North Carolina, the daughter of William and Betty Chapman.

Michelle graduated from Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena, Texas. Following graduation, she attended Texas State Technical Institute in Waco, Texas. She became a registered Veterinary Technician while at TSTI. While attending TSTI, she met the love of her life. They settled in Houston, Texas and celebrated 29 years of marriage last November. Michelle worked at Forest West Animal Clinic for 30 years and dedicated her life to caring for her clients and their pets. Michelle was a devoted wife and mother who was selfless and loving to the end. Over the years, she volunteered countless hours as a Girl Scout Leader, Swim Team Official, Dance Mom, and as a therapy volunteer at Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs.

Michelle was predeceased by her parents, William and Betty Chapman. She is survived by her husband and her daughters.
