Randy Bowman, 61, of Loudoun County, Virginia passed away at sunrise on the morning of Friday, May 15, 2020, at the family farm in Middletown, Virginia.

Randy grew up in Vienna, Virginia, son of the late Wallace and Louise Bowman. He graduated from Lees McRae College. Randy was a Commercial Building Inspector with Fairfax County. He was a member of the Virginia Plumbing & Mechanical Inspectors Association and chaired their awards committee. Randy was a Civil War buff and also a member of the Northern Virginia Relic Hunters Association. He loved hiking and enjoyed the country life. Randy was a NASCAR fan, enjoyed riding ATVs on his farm, attending music festivals, and was a true bluegrass fan. Along with his lifelong friends, he enjoyed their annual Rappahannock River Shish.

Surviving is his brother, Gary Bowman (Terri) of Great Falls, Virginia; nephew, Greg Bowman (Laura) of Arlington, Virginia; his loving significant other, Shelby Eakle; and numerous relatives and lifelong friends.

A private graveside service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Falls Church, Virginia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Randy’s memory to Capital Caring Hospice, 3180 Fairview Park Drive, Suite 500, Falls Church, Virginia 22042.
