Jo Ann was a great member of the community, always willing to help, and served with the Volunteer Fire Department for many years. She enjoyed helping anyone in need and was always willing to donate pies and anything else that was needed by anyone in the community.
Jo Ann loved her family most of all and enjoyed spending time with them. She was a devoted Cowboys fan and enjoyed going to the Cowboys games. Jo Ann was also an avid traveler and enjoyed going to Boston with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Ruth Wilkerson; and her husband, Bonnie L. Freeman.
