Of Festus, Missouri, passed away Friday, May 15, 2020 at his home. He was born October 20, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of the late Maggie (nee Stuthers) Fowler, and the late Joseph N. Fowler.
He is survived by his significant other Cindy Johnson; daughter Kelly (Kevin) Brown; grandchildren Ashton and Taylor Brown; brother James Fowler of Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri; sisters Vonda (David) Crader of Fenton, Missouri, and Jolene (Courtney "Corky") Moreland of Farmington, Missouri; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
He was retired after 44 years as an equipment operator for the City of Festus' Street Department; and was a member of Elks #1721, and the Plattin Rock Boat Club. He was an avid fisherman and boater. He loved to play cards; go to the race track; and had a way of getting along with all he met.
