Judy had three children from her first marriage; Barbara Ann, Bonney and Bradley. On November 18, 1989 she married Richard Dale Mauler. Together they enjoyed many outings, especially traveling to the various casinos. Judy also enjoyed playing cards, all types of games and visits with family and friends. A highlight of her life was traveling with her sisters to Washington D.C. and being able to see all the famous monuments and sights.
Throughout her life, Judy loved being a caregiver to the elderly and those in need of care. Her career begin the Superior home, and included the Methodist Homes of Holdrege and Mount Carmel Home in Kearney. Her compassionate presence was a comfort to all those she cared for through the years. Judy also worked as a secretary for several professors at UNK, H&R Block, several motels in the Kearney area; Pioneer Village, Minden; and the Great Platte River Road Archway, Kearney.
Judy was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Franklin Congregational Church.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Barbara Ann Biltoft; step-sons Mark R. and Michael J. Mauler; sister Donna Lane; brothers Valdean and Darold “Spider” Hiatt; in laws Joan Hiatt, Wilbur Mountford, Jerry Kinsey, Daryl Lane, and Don Mauler.
She will be forever remembered by her loving husband Dale, Franklin, NE; children Bonney McClure and Bradley Biltoff (Sharon), Superior, NE; step son James Mauler, Broomfield, CO; grandchildren Rayne Biltoff, Shannon Johnson, Trenton McClure; great grandchildren Preston and Parker Johnson, Nyla McClure; step grandchildren Derek and Evan Mauler, Trish Lancaster; step great grandchildren Brianna and Sean Mauler; sisters Alice Kinsey, Mankato, KS, Sharon Oliver (Carl), Wamego, KS, Betty Mountford, Shawnee Mission, KS; sister-in-law Loretta Hiatt, Superior, NE; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and a community of friends.
